Our honey is supplied by Great Taste Awarding producer - Black Mountain Honey. We use their runny honey in our Original recipe Hot Fire Honey and add their honey to our chilli gift sets.
CHILLIES
We only use chillies that are grown, dried, ground and blended in Wales. We are proud to work alongside Pembrokeshire Chill Farm to produce our hot chilli honey.

Hot Fire Honey was developed through a collaboration between a Great Taste Award winning honey producer and an artisan, woodfired pizza company - for the perfect hot honey pizza.
We developed a unique blend of premium Welsh Honey, smoky spicy chillies and apple cider vinegar to be used as a hot honey drizzle on rustic, artisan pizza crusts.
We are proud to work exclusively with Pembrokeshire Chilli Farm, one of the largest chilli growing farms in the UK. They grow, dry and grind chillies and create an exclusive blend for Hot Fire Honey and our hot sauce gifts sets UK.
Every single ingredient in our Original Hot Fire Honey is grown, produced and made in Wales.
